Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ERHP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ERHP2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ERHP2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ERHP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, SKCM, and PAAD are the cancer types where ERHP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
