ERGIC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERGIC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERGIC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPNT2P, MYO19, and UHRF1. Each is linked with ERGIC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERGIC3-to-partner and partner-to-ERGIC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPNT2P grouped by ERGIC3-low versus ERGIC3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERGIC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERGIC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
