ERGIC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERGIC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,693 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERGIC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF14, RUFY1, and SEC23B. Each is linked with ERGIC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERGIC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERGIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERGIC1 versus RNF14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERGIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERGIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
