ERGIC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERGIC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,002 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERGIC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANLN, MAPK12, and CDC20. Each is linked with ERGIC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERGIC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERGIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERGIC1 versus ANLN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERGIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERGIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
