ERG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERG-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEN1, RHBDD3, and MRPL37. Each is linked with ERG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERG-to-partner and partner-to-ERG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FEN1 grouped by ERG-low versus ERG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
