Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,958 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial respirasome assembly, GDF15-GFRAL signaling pathway, and Regulation of kidney size. Each is linked with ERG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERG-to-partner and partner-to-ERG results are reported.
