Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,966 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERG-associated genes across cancer lineages are THAP11, EDC4, and KARS1. Each is linked with ERG in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERG-to-partner and partner-to-ERG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERG versus THAP11 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
