ERG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1L2B, UCP1, and S100G. Each is linked with ERG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERG-to-partner and partner-to-ERG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1L2B grouped by ERG-low versus ERG-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
