The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ERFE Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ERFE expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC are the cancer types where ERFE Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
