Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERFE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,889 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERFE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIF4A, ANLN, and MAD2L1. Each is linked with ERFE in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERFE-to-partner and partner-to-ERFE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERFE versus KIF4A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERFE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERFE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
