ERF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,858 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERF-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R25P, RN7SL354P, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with ERF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERF-to-partner and partner-to-ERF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R25P grouped by ERF-low versus ERF-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
