EREG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EREG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EREG-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG3, SAA4, and INTS4. Each is linked with EREG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EREG-to-partner and partner-to-EREG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAG3 grouped by EREG-low versus EREG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EREG→partner) and Y-score (partner→EREG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
