EREG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EREG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,775 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EREG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ovarian cumulus expansion, Luteinizing hormone signaling pathway, and ERBB4-ERBB4 signaling pathway. Each is linked with EREG in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EREG-to-partner and partner-to-EREG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ovarian cumulus expansion grouped by EREG-low versus EREG-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EREG→partner) and Y-score (partner→EREG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
