ERCC6L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERCC6L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,947 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERCC6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSTF2, CENPI, and KIF20B. Each is linked with ERCC6L in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERCC6L-to-partner and partner-to-ERCC6L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERCC6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERCC6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
