ERCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,028 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VDAC3P1, RNA5SP411, and RN7SL163P. Each is linked with ERCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERCC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VDAC3P1 grouped by ERCC1-low versus ERCC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
