ERC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,964 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4443, RNU6-1178P, and TMEM62. Each is linked with ERC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4443 grouped by ERC1-low versus ERC1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
