EPX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALP, CTIF, and CLEC4E. Each is linked with EPX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPX-to-partner and partner-to-EPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALP grouped by EPX-low versus EPX-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
