EPSTI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPSTI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPSTI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3661, RN7SL248P, and SS18L2P2. Each is linked with EPSTI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPSTI1-to-partner and partner-to-EPSTI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3661 grouped by EPSTI1-low versus EPSTI1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPSTI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPSTI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
