Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPS8L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,644 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPS8L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to plasma membrane, Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization, and Rho protein signal transduction. Each is linked with EPS8L2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS8L2-to-partner and partner-to-EPS8L2 results are reported.
