EPS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,012 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-898P, MIR6870, and NFYAP1. Each is linked with EPS8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS8-to-partner and partner-to-EPS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-898P grouped by EPS8-low versus EPS8-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
