EPS15L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPS15L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,520 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPS15L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RANBP3, WIZ, and NACC1. Each is linked with EPS15L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS15L1-to-partner and partner-to-EPS15L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPS15L1 versus RANBP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPS15L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPS15L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
