Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPS15L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,833 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPS15L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF439, FAM180A, and ZNF333. Each is linked with EPS15L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS15L1-to-partner and partner-to-EPS15L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPS15L1 versus ZNF439 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPS15L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPS15L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
