Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPS15L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,212 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPS15L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4525, GOT1, and RPS29P10. Each is linked with EPS15L1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS15L1-to-partner and partner-to-EPS15L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4525 grouped by EPS15L1-low versus EPS15L1-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPS15L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPS15L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
