EPS15L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPS15L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPS15L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, IGFBP2, and PCNA. Each is linked with EPS15L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS15L1-to-partner and partner-to-EPS15L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by EPS15L1-low versus EPS15L1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPS15L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPS15L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
