Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPS15L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,472 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPS15L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Regulation of cell fate commitment. Each is linked with EPS15L1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS15L1-to-partner and partner-to-EPS15L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate grouped by EPS15L1-low versus EPS15L1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
