EPS15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPS15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,198 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPS15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS23, CAP1, and PTCD3. Each is linked with EPS15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS15-to-partner and partner-to-EPS15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPS15 versus MRPS23 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
