Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPS15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,963 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, RASAL3, and PIK3CG. Each is linked with EPS15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS15-to-partner and partner-to-EPS15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPS15 versus GRAP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
