Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPS15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6K5P, RN7SL578P, and MIR4774. Each is linked with EPS15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS15-to-partner and partner-to-EPS15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6K5P grouped by EPS15-low versus EPS15-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
