Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPS15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ACVRL1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with EPS15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS15-to-partner and partner-to-EPS15 results are reported.
