Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPS15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,615 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPS15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Postsynaptic neurotransmitter receptor internalization, Neurotransmitter receptor internalization, and Postsynaptic endocytosis. Each is linked with EPS15 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS15-to-partner and partner-to-EPS15 results are reported.
