EPPIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPPIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,699 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS18BP1, RAD51C, and SDHB. Each is linked with EPPIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPPIN-to-partner and partner-to-EPPIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS18BP1 grouped by EPPIN-low versus EPPIN-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPPIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPPIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
