Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPPIN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, JNK2, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with EPPIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPPIN-to-partner and partner-to-EPPIN results are reported.
