EPOR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPOR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,775 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPOR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIF, RPS3, and EPM2AIP1. Each is linked with EPOR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPOR-to-partner and partner-to-EPOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
