EPOR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPOR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 820 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETP7, MT1CP, and INSL4. Each is linked with EPOR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPOR-to-partner and partner-to-EPOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
