EPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 253 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH2, PSMD7P1, and RN7SL690P. Each is linked with EPO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPO-to-partner and partner-to-EPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPH2 grouped by EPO-low versus EPO-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
