EPHB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL7, MELK, and FTSJ3. Each is linked with EPHB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHB1-to-partner and partner-to-EPHB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOL7 grouped by EPHB1-low versus EPHB1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
