EPHB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPHB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 316 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA7, CPXCR1, and TNP2. Each is linked with EPHB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHB1-to-partner and partner-to-EPHB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA7 grouped by EPHB1-low versus EPHB1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
