EPHA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,482 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, TEDC2, and TIMELESS. Each is linked with EPHA5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA5-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by EPHA5-low versus EPHA5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
