EPHA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHA5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, Cyclin-B1, and TFRC. Each is linked with EPHA5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA5-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by EPHA5-low versus EPHA5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
