EPHA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPHA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,047 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L6, ATPAF1, and GAD2. Each is linked with EPHA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA5-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L6 grouped by EPHA5-low versus EPHA5-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
