EPHA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, HER3_pY1289, and p70-S6K_pT389. Each is linked with EPHA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA2-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by EPHA2-low versus EPHA2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
