EPHA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPHA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,288 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R39, NPY5R, and OR6C70. Each is linked with EPHA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA2-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R39 grouped by EPHA2-low versus EPHA2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
