Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPHA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPHA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPX5, LRRC73, and TULP3. Each is linked with EPHA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA1-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPX5 grouped by EPHA1-low versus EPHA1-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
