Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EPDR1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EPDR1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher EPDR1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EPDR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.
CCRCC, LSCC, and UCEC are the cancer types where EPDR1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
