Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPDR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,305 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPDR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Modulation of excitatory postsynaptic potential, T-helper 17 cell differentiation, and Symbiont entry into host. Each is linked with EPDR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPDR1-to-partner and partner-to-EPDR1 results are reported.
