EPCAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPCAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,425 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPCAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYD, MCC, and ZNF638. Each is linked with EPCAM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPCAM-to-partner and partner-to-EPCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPCAM versus DPYD in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
