Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPCAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,936 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFFO1, CXCL12, and SYNE1. Each is linked with EPCAM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPCAM-to-partner and partner-to-EPCAM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPCAM versus IFFO1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
