Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPCAM mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are Macrophages, Th2 cells, and CD8+ T-cells. Each is linked with EPCAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPCAM-to-partner and partner-to-EPCAM results are reported.
