EPCAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPCAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,286 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH1, CDC42BPG, and PLS1. Each is linked with EPCAM in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPCAM-to-partner and partner-to-EPCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPCAM versus CDH1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
