EPC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,938 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVR2A, RPIA, and WDCP. Each is linked with EPC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPC2-to-partner and partner-to-EPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPC2 versus ACVR2A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
